Siemens Belt Scale

BAMAU GROUP provides independent service, calibration, fault finding and upgrade support for Siemens belt weighers, weightometers and conveyor belt scales.

We support Siemens weighing electronics including Milltronics controllers and can provide replacement components, commissioning, configuration and troubleshooting for existing installations.

While Siemens weighing electronics can often be retained in service, the mechanical weigh frames can become a significant source of weighing error. Common issues include poor load-cell balance, mechanical loading and stress through the weigh frame, inconsistent belt contact and alignment problems.

BAMAU can inspect the complete Siemens weighing system to determine whether errors originate from the controller, speed measurement, load cells or mechanical weigh frame.

Where the existing Siemens mechanical scale is limiting accuracy or reliability, we can retrofit a BAMAU high-accuracy belt weigh frame while retaining suitable existing electronics, or provide a complete weighing system upgrade.
