BAMAU NIS Belt Weighers
BAMAU NIS belt weighers are designed and manufactured in Western Australia for accurate, reliable weighing in mining and bulk materials handling applications.
The NIS is a fully floating, non-intrusive weigh frame supported by four stainless-steel load cells. Unlike rigid weigh-frame designs, the system is designed to respond freely to material load while minimising unwanted mechanical forces that can affect weighing accuracy.
Combined with BAMAU Zero-Flex weighing idlers, correct conveyor alignment and accurate belt speed measurement, the NIS provides a stable and repeatable platform for measuring conveyor throughput and totalised tonnage.
Designed From Field Experience
The NIS was developed from years of installing, calibrating, repairing and troubleshooting belt weighers, weightometers and conveyor belt scales in the field.
Its open stainless-steel construction reduces material build-up and bind points while providing easy access to load cells, idlers and mechanical components for inspection and maintenance.
